I would like to join the SSS! I own an original Spencer Carbine #37449. I am a member of the 19th Indiana V.I. part of the N-SSA. I am in the process of shooting my Spencer in the breech loading matches.

Celem of Western North Carolina is registering in as a prospective Spencer Shooter. I say prospective because I (1) don't yet have a conversion breechblock for my original 56-56 (NOT 56-50) Spencer carbine; (2) I have not yet acquired 56-56 ammo or reloading capability.

Hi to all in the group. Would like to join SSS as I have just recently became aware of the Spencer rifle via my SO (girlfriend or whatever). It has been in her family since the Civil War. Now trying to obtain some info on it.
