JD here, had a stroke

Hey guys. typing with left hand. I had a stroke Sat. the 4th got home from hosp today Tuesday. leatherwork taking a back seat to recovery. Speech is slurred, right arm not working real good yet but prognoses good for complete recovery. At least i can walk sort of and thinking still works. It could have been a lot worse. Lots of people praying, I believe I will be ok.

JD, very sorry to hear this, my prayers for whatever they are worth are with you pard. Keep your spirits up and hang in there. I know you are the sort of person that will not settle for anything less than everything working right and I am here if you need me.   JD    In time it will come,take it from some one who has had one. Had mine in 2000,affected my vision,in fact Im typing this in blind man mode.Dont take me wrong I Thank God each and every day for the vision I have.Took some time but in 05 I got back to shooting,Thank God and a host of friends.    Adios  Sgt.Jake
