Membership Info Question

Howdy Folks,

I sent my enlistment info in to Bvt Col Bull Schmitt because I was having trouble with my computers mail default
system. And Col Schmitt was kind enough to forward my info to the enlistment officer.
My question is does the enlistment officer send you your membership number??? Thanks in advance for any help.

Welcome SS,

I am the enlistment officer and have been extremely busy at HQ. In answer to your question, after I receive your submission for enlistment, I add you to the GAF Roster and forward same to Dept. Commanders, post a welcome message on the Barracks, and send a letter via email to you explaining in much greater detail what the GAF is all about and giving you your GAF # and Regional Assignment. I am in the process of doing that now, presently 1034 hours eastern time.
