Not that I get to practice  all that much..it's just more satisfying to hear boom-clank than BOOM - NADA,  as with punching paper...

So I made these...

It is OMNI adjustable in Target style or location on the stand as well as height.
the Coffin & Clip circle are reactionary (Coffin swings & rattles when hit ) and the Clip Circle pops-up ( It's rigged on a simple Valve spring, and will pop -up from fully seated @ 15" to 22" only when hit )

Love the same shooting experience myself (BOOM-CLANG !!).

Made my own targets / stands years ago (nothing fancy) and they really make shooting fun.

I'm sure you'll enjoy those targets for many years.

Frankly it's funny you asked that .... I ,like everybody else I guess, is feeling the pinch  , so I offered up these to add to the coffer in get my AC fixed in my Car.

I happen to have enough left over steel, from several Expo projects to make this set & the first slighty less complete set  ...My time was my own.
I'm using the first set , the second (and last) set is unused and has a few minor upgrades to my original idea,  like 5 targets instead of 4 and reactionary as opposed to static....

I had also placed a gun cart I didn't use anymore..guess that's a division of Targets 'R' Us called One Cart For Sale 'R' Us..
and the sub division of The Holster rig I was selling....

Now, by Gosh I'll keep them ..make a second stage out back ...and the SASS Gamers can go peddle fish

Steel Targets

I have a set of unused Steel targets. I made two sets, of my unique design and wish to sell one set.
Set includes: 2 Targets made of 3/8" high strength steel (armor plate): (1) 18X18" Square (1) 15"X15" Diamond, and 3 Targets (1) 10" Reactionary Coffin shape (REM 400 steel) (1) 6" clip circle (REM 400 steel) and (1) 6" Star (REM 400)
Targets are set @ 12 Deg, for the 3 small and 15 Degrees for the larger two, Argon Mig welded. A Total of 5 different Target shapes.
Also included is the 5 Post stand. Adjustable for height of the two smaller target shapes, any combination of the targets position along the 5-point stand.
Because of the weight, Shipping could be expensive. I'm asking $300 picked up at my place (Orlando –St Cloud area)

Either way be sure to give yourself one of them golden parachutes .  Or perhaps you should let the government know and they'll want to "bail you out!"

My retainer is quite simple, usually a mint julep on the porch and the price of a postage stamp to mail your contract proposal to the Board.

I have a proven formula that combines mentioning a.) your tenderness of heart for puppydogs, b.) the certainty of not one, but TWO Blue Moons in your business forecast, and c.) a natural assumption of Divine Right. Couple that with the bald-faced naming of a dollar amount figure that quite honestly puts the GNP of most third world countries to shame, and which is so incomprehensible a number for them to wrap their minds around that they automatically say "Yes" just to end the pain between their ears.



Now, my settlement commission upon the deployment of that parachute is based on a standard ballooning fee scale of 38% of the first million; 55% of the second million; 73% of the third million; and, what the hell, I'll just take 96% of any amount above $3 Mil.
Adjusted for inflation and current market value, of course.

p.s. To get back to the subject of your thread. Perhaps if you stopped calling them targets and substituted "Bullet Deflecting Devices", then they're all about safety, and safety sells!
