Treso Nipple Question

I'm going to replace the stock nipples on my Pietta 58's with Treso's, and I have a couple of questions.

First, I'm currently using #10 Rem caps. Do I get #10 size nipples, or #11 size nipples and still use #10 caps?

Second, where can I find the best price?
