I was skimming through an auction catalog where I saw a USFA SAA for sale.  In the description notes from the auction house it states about this USFA for sale "These are the finest of the modern made single actions, made in the U.S.A."

I also noticed that the few USFA's that sold, did a little better in prices realized than Colt 3rd gens.  Colt 2nd gens are still doing quite well for themselves.  USFA is definitely gaining ground!

The cream always rises to the top and USFA is so far superior to the current Colts-even with the slightly better QC, the marketplace is taking notice.  I was looking at mine the other day and was admiring how true to a 1st gen. Colt it looks, perhaps even better since it is not 69+ years or older.  Gunbroker prices are also very strong for these guns too.  I sure don't miss the silly little pony on mine!
