Last fall I bought a steel framed gazebo with a fabric top from a company called Plow And Hearth.  Delivered, it was less than half the regular price because it's a seasonal item.  A month ago we had some winds that tore the top in several places...not  product defect, just heavy winds.  I e-mailed the company and asked about getting a replacement.

It came yesterday without an invoice.  I e-mailed Plow And Hearth and asked what I owed them.  Thye sent an e-mail back that said to enjoy my gazebo and that therre was no charge.

Good company giving service above and beyond what's expected.  I recommend them highly.

I was there in '65, JB...August 9th through November 15th (?).  Then reported to Fort Lee, VA for QM supply school (because Ord didn't have one of their own at the time).

Long ago.  Far away.  Different world.

Its always reassuring to know that there are American companies other than Dillon who stand behind their products.  :D
