Here is my newest set from about a month ago or so. My computer had died so couldnt put up any pics until now.
It is the walnut dye and Skidmores combo for a finish.

Dalton, those are  beautifully done Pard. The carving, design, coloring and craftmanship are outstanding.

Dalton,

The coloring is just right the carving is great and boy they look fantastic.  About the size of the 310-yuma holster.

Your quality is up there with the Pros.

Really like these.

Thanks gents! I think I need to retake the pics tho, and put another pistol in the other one. It seems to me to be hard to look at that way.

Sweet Dalton. Is that your pattern? I like the cut of the holstrer and the carving, both design and execution. The color and finish look fantastic. I think it looks like Will's 3:10 to Yuma as well, and that's a compliment for sure. JD

Hmm, looks like on of Wills patterns? Well, it IS his 49er pattern with the alternate tooling pattern. He has the best patterns out there I think.
Thanks for the flowers!

Really terrific. From what I can tell (looking at he pics on this board), the walnut dye seems to really come alive when you finish it with Skidmore's.
Would that be a true statement?

Santee, yes it does. It also has a coat of olive oil to help balance the dye tho. Forgot to mention that earlier. But the SKidmores really brings it all together.

Hey Dalton, if you do decide to post another picture, could you include one of the back? I know most guys don't do that, but it would sure help guys like me that are trying to figure out the whole process, including how the holsters are attached to the belt

Thanks!

Thanks for the back Pic Dalton, I really appreciate it. I have this pattern of Will's, so I should give it a try.
