Winter Range is now just over six weeks away.  We have been asked by the directors to organize the color guard for the Winter Range opening ceremonies.  This will take place on Thursday, February 26th at 0700 in the main tent.  I will be the coordinator for the color guard and have four white flag slings which I will bring along.  Flags (U.S. & Arizona) will be provided by the match.  If anyone can bring a GAF flag we can use that too.  Anyone who will be available to serve, please respond to this post, PM me or e-mail me at:  akbullen2001@yahoo.com.  Participants will need to be in uniform and have either an appropriate rifle or saber.  Additional rifles and/or sabers will probably be available if needed.  If possible I would like to get together Wednesday afternoon for a few minutes of familiarization and practice.  In the past we have only been able to meet just before the actual presentation and have been somewhat ragged as a result.  A few troops have signed up so far, but we can surely use more help if you will be in the area.  Thanks in advance for your participation.

Have guidon, will travel.

I'll need a dowel almost as tall as me and two screw-in eye bolts.  I can't bring the pole, we're flying and it won't fit.
