Give 'em Credit!

I went to shoot my Spencer the other day and the magazine spring was toast.  I sent an E mail to Taylor's with a copy of my warranty card and 48 hours later I had a reply and a new spring on the way, no charge.  Admiittedly the spring should not have gone flat after less than 100 rounds but you cna't fault customer service.
