note no headstamp. Cartridge on far right is a 38.44. The case next to it is a 44-40 with a balloon primer pocket. The other two are from the box itself.

Great album! Thank you for sharing.  Here is a terrific book of labels:



The label in my signature is copied from this book. According to the information, it was the first M'73 Winchester cartridge box. Note that the 44/100 designation is a carry over from the Henry era.  The .44 W.C.F. designation appeared on cartridge boxes a few years later.

Look closer at the very beginning of the photobucket. They're there, they just don't look like modern boxes
