TW, I really like your idea for attaching the loading strip to the gunbelt.  I might have to "borrow" that idea, if you don't mind.

Boothill, very nice work!

Bob Thats some fine looking bags your a showing us. Customer should be more than HAPPY with them. KT
Cheer up things could be worse, sure enough I cheered up and they got worse.

Howdy Bob,

Your customer should be very satisfied. That is an outstanding set of Saddle Bag's. The workmanship is excellent and he got a real bargain in the deal. So far I've made three set's of bags so I'm fully aware of the time and care involved to make a set. Thank you for sharing them with us.

Beautiful BHB! Very nice details around the straps on the flap!

After I built my first set of bags, I swore to NEVER make them again. I had a guy ask me what I had to have to make him a pair, so I threw out a high number.... I dont think it was high enough, as he is still thinking about it..

But, back to that Never make them again comment... I already have the next set planned out, and am just awaiting funds for the leather!  ;)

Ha, I felt the same way. The hand sewing alone...

Great bags. The color and stamping work terrifically together!

Boothill Bob

Tanx all for your nice words.. Ok i´m toooo cheap, even my wife thinks so :-\
So now I have raised my prices a lot. Its so hard to set the price for the work,
I looked on Will Ghormleys webside and took his prices, it was the easyest way,
I hope that I´m not to expensive now. But there is not many holsterbuilders
in Sweden, so the competition is low ;)

Nice work, Bob. I hope to have a go at saddle bags sometime.

This is the first time I've posted carved leather. I'm pretty new to it. This is my second carved holster. The first one went in the 'oh heck' bin. But boy is it ever addictive...

Boothill Bob

Beeeeutiful holster Skeeter, I like the color and the pattern, I want that pattern to :-\
It was fun making the saddlebags but its a lot of work, I raised my price to $575 if I´m
gona do some more bags like this one.. I want $479 without Tooling and border.
JD, Are U satisfied with my new prices ;)
