WC, what a great combination of beautiful leatherwork the gun rig and the rifle scabbard, very nice pard.

Well, I pluged my newly acquired Chuck Burrow's DVD in the TV in the ol leather shop and while I was watching it I made this rig.  The holsters are my design using "Packing Iron" as a reference.  The gun belt is a Will Ghromley pattern.  I hope you can see the Chuck Burrow's influence here.  ;D

Wiley, I'll add my name to the list of admirers of your work. I like that a whole bunch, color and everything. The belt does look like one of Will's, which surely is a compliment.

Are those loops sewn or woven, or???

Thanks for sharing your work, JD

I agree Wiley those are very authentic looking.
Here is a pair of cross draws I made last winter for Rico Star. they are very plain so he can add conchos to it .. the belt matches them but you can't see the belt in the pict.

 Howdy Helda

Those are some dandy holsters, and I can see how they would work well for mounted shooting. Thanks for the look see, I take it you're a mounted shooter too, that must be a ton of fun. ;D

Howdy Pardners, First time postin here so please be kind. I have been workin my way through the pages here and only have about 300 more to go. The work and quality is amazing. I just finished my first SAS holster, visited a local club and lookin to sign-up. Don't have an alias yet, workin on it. Too much to do, too little time to do it. Anyway, here is my first holster, believe it or not, was supposed to be light tan, too much dye I guess. Anyway, I think I like it better. Now just 1 more holster, gun belt, ammo belt, cuffs etc...  Gonna be at it a while.

Up to now, Thanks for all the pics and tips.
This holster is from the How-To by Brazos Jack.
