Nice work!!
I think all of us leather workers (is it work?) feel the same way as you do, and see our own mistakes more than the other guy. I think its part of the craft.

Dr. Bob,

I kinda feel the same way.  I don't like too much bling, but this is more suited to me for a fancy rig.

Anything more and I'da probably found a new home for it. ;)

But I like.......I think I'll keep.

Thanks for the compliment Pard.

I will try both here and on the wire to document my build as I finish the different parts and post a pic. of all when I'm done.
It may take a while as I have other jobs that I'm doing.  I'm just workin' on my rig around the others.

I thought that might be an interesting way of doing it.

Thank all for the compliments.  Mama Taft (the wife) said fer y'all to quit bein' so nice or my head won't fit through the door.

Sorry Pard, That's not a buckle.

I had another Pard that I sent it to on an email that asked me the same thing.

It's a picture frame.  I thought it would be a nice looking way to prop it up for the pic.

I'm gonna have everyone askin' where to get a big buckle like that now. ;D

CB, looks good. Actually that Taurus isnt much different than a Glock for fitting purposes. On a Glock holster though you should definately cover the trigger as there is no safety.Dave  :)

Here's a design I use on the Glocks( the two on the left) and the one on the right is for a 1911.Inlays are shark, and alligator for the Glocks and Stingray for the 1911.

I like the fish and alligator skins. I've been wantin' to try some snake skin inlays but havn't gotten around to it yet.

Very nice!! ;D
