Ace great job. I like very much. Keep em comming pard KT

Ace Lungger

Thanks everyone! Johnny I realy like that pattern. I think I will make a modifacation to it and make a cross draw to go with it ::) ??? ::) maybe?? I find that if I feel good enough to do something I realy don't have anything to make other than a set of saddle bags, and I don't think I will be able to work on them unless the holsters I have on ebay bring enough to get some leather. I might make a knife sheath or I have been wanting to carve a belt, but I am uncertain what style to make?? I am going to post a pic of a holster that is on ebay, that I realy like, tell me what you think of it??

Ace, that holster is looking great . Everyone you do gets better. You keep it up and you will be giving the rest of us pointers on how to do it.
Kid, as always that is a first rate rig.Your stamping always intrigues me. I keep looking at the picture to try and figure out how many tools you used and get a feel for how you put them together. It really seems to be helping my projects.

I looked for it under Western Holster, but couldn't find it. I still working on carving roses, so I'll take every opportunity to look at some

Howdy KT,

Another beautiful rig from your workshop! The stamping itself along with the layout and design of the stamping are first class. Many thanks for sharing your talents with us

Many thanks to all of you for coments. JD I,m one up  on you. I have Dave Coles wife making ten of her leather roses for my wife. The ones he posted. They are beautiful. Dont have to carve.  KT  :) :D ;D :)

Very cool Terry, that's a great idea. Those leather roses look great. I finished the guitar strap with the carved roses, but I didn't like the final result, so I'm making another one. By the way, that last holster looks great. Man, you are a stamping machine!

KT,
AWESOME Rig!!!! :o :o Excellent job on the stamping!!! Great design!!! What else can I say??? Keep them coming! KT, I think that rig has sold, I tried to look at it again last night, and it was gone!
GB, Thanks for the kind words. It is getting harder to make new stuff, I have all the leather goods I need.
Santee, I didn't line that holster, I was bored out of my mind, and just grabbed the pattern that Johnny sent me and before I new it I had cut it out and was working on it. Have you made anything lately??

Okay, here you have a beautiful new gun rig, expertly done and with a great design, but I have to ask: why the beat up old brass buckle?  It detracts from the wonderful job you did on the leather.

This is one I did just to see if I could.
The knife is 8 1/2" overall with a blade of 4 1/4". Made from a file that was annealed and rehardened following the tips that Josh Dabney gave me. Thanks again Josh.

The sheath is 7/8 oz with cutouts and sporting my new, made by me, Makers Mark. The Broken Diamond T.

Hope youall like it and if you don't I hope you will tell me why. It really does help.
