Cheer up things could be worse, sure enough I cheered up and they got worse.

Arizona Cattleman

Thaqnks TW and Terry, I still have lots of work still to do, got to line the back of the belt, then lace it.  Then I still have to make two holsters.  I think I'll be working on this one for a while.

Howdy AC,
Your lookin' good. Can't wait to see the finished rig!
You need to learn to like all the little everday things like a sip of good whiskey, a soft bed, a glass of buttermilk,  and a feisty old gentleman like myself

Skeeter Lewis

Here's a new rig. The same Frank Meanea tooling pattern as before but this one's for me coz I'm a southpaw. The money belt is 2.5 inches wide, Loops are sewn individually.

Some great looking leather work your doing Sketter. Thanks for showing. KT

Thanks, pards. Django, there's no dye on this rig. In fact, I've more or less stopped using dye. It's too much of a PITA. It's just EVOO and sunshine. You can finish off with Skidmore's for a richer effect. In Packing Iron you see the occasional dyed rig, but for the most part they were left au naturel. Just time, sun and use gave them that beautiful amber color.

Ten Wolves Fiveshooter

Skeeter I think you have this leather thing down, beautiful rig, it looks professional all the way, and then some, your carving really stands out, being a lefty my ownself,  I really like it, and those money belts are the most comfortable gun belt you can wear, great job of sewing the bullet loops also. ::) :o 8)

                               Well  done Pard
