Thanks for the positive comments everyone, I do appreciate it.

Slick, I agree that conchos would have worked good, but I can't go backwards on these. You did a good job on that sheath pard.

MHB, good job on that holster; I really like the color.

Hey Folks,

Don't have time to stop and chat, but I figured I'd shout out as I ran by.  My second oldest daughter and her new South African husband are flyin' in this afternoon.  Anita has been a missionary in SA for the last five years and this marks the first time we will have seen her in three.  The couple will stay with us for two years, earning money to head back to their mission field.  So, I've spent the last three weeks gettin' a room ready for 'em.  I've been busier than a one-legged man in a politician kickin' contest.

Anyway, I just finished a Main and Winchester inspired holster for a guy's '51 Navy.  I took some photos, and I liked the looks of my own '51 so much, I figured I'd post a photo.  Only, I couldn't get the photo small enough for the site to take it, so here is a link to a web page:  http://www.willghormley-maker.com/Photos.html

Also, I finally got the first shipment of the new Jesse James/Hand of God buckles.  I ordered 'em in brass, white bronze, nickeled, and silver.  Haven't had a chance to really sit down and look at 'em closely, but a quick inspection looked real good.  When I have a little time in the next week, I'll sit down and price 'em out and post photos.

Take care, the countryside is crawlin' with rouges and rascals, stealing our liberties and helpin' themselves to our hard earned wages.  Tend to your own defenses.

Hello Will, it's good to hear from you. Those newest pictures do a great job of illustrating your skills as a designer and leather worker. As always your work is inspiring.

I know how I would feel if I hadn't seen my daughter in three years, and it's great that you are providing space for them to live while they work towards their ultimate goal of returning to the mission field. Colossians 3:17 comes to mind.

God bless, JD
