Skidmore's comes in 1 1/2 & 6oz cans. We carry the "Cowboy Edition"
The company is really good to deal with. Vince Skidmore is a really good guy. I've a lot of time with him at the Sheridan Trade Shows over the years.

Slick, IMO once you try Skidmores, you will not want to use anything else. I dyed a long strap of leather, then I divided it up in multiple sections. I applied every top coat I could lay my hands on. I bought small quantities of everything except Skidmores. I'd read so many positive things about it I went ahead about bought the 6oz container.

I still have that strip of leather, and the Skidmores went on the easiest, looked as good as any and better than most of the other products I tried, and it leaves the leather feeling really good; not greasy, but it doesn't make it mushy. I think you will like it.

Thank you JD, I think my prayers have been answered ;D

As the pros around here always say LIGHT COATS :D Be it EVOO Neatsfoot or much of anything else, light coats.

I guess it depends on how much you do, but so far this 6oz jar is working out fine. I'm no where near needing another one yet

Well Snap Cattleman! What great work. I wish I lived closer to you (and WC, 10 Wolves, Kid Terico, Dalton, RT, the list goes on) I sure do like the look of that lacing, not to mention the excellent stamping and carving on the holster. You are doing awesome work!
