Who uses the gel dyes? Any luck with it?

Do you mean the Gel Antique Stain from Tandy? It is ok but I like the liquid antique stain from Fiebings better.

WC, I've used Fiebings however it's the fumes I'm bothered with.
Right now I'm using Eco-Flo from Tandy and it works okay but kind of messy.

All caught up on my projects, now for something to do. :)

Howdy MS
I know the fiebings Dyes have an odor but the liquid antique stains don't seem to,they are water based.

Howdy cowboys, this spur strap shape was inspired by a boot picture in the Cowboy Chornicle, I'll let you figure out which one.  Because I don't want to insult anyone..."what the heck is that does he really think that looks anything like our spur strap"  ::) ::) ::). Hope ya like it.

Arizona Cattleman

Great looking straps Wiley.  You might want to switch boots to keep the buckles away from rubbing on the horse.  Just my 2 cents, and I may be wrong, but I remember reading that somewhere.

Great job

Wiley, them are some mighty fine looking straps Pard. I like the color.

Heres what I been doing all weekend..Another file knife and sheath. Ned suggested the mexican loop sheath and I think it  looks just right with this style of knife.
