Always nice to get back to this forum.  I have been doing a little leather work.  I made this pistol pouch and it has turned out to be very handy.  Hope you like it.

I have been playing around with Tandy's new Eco Flo dyes trying to get a little more of an older look to my gun leather.  I would be interested in your comments about the coloring of this holster.  Of course you recognize this as a Cheyenne holster from one of Will's patterns.  This pattern is one of my all time favorites.

Wiley, its good to have you back with us. That holster looks great .I really like the color,it gives it an old but really well cared for look.
The pouch looks real good also. you did a fine job on that basketweave. But i can't figure out what that shape is in the middle.
Is that New Jersey ;) ;D 8)

Nice job on the pouch and the holster Wiley.I haven't heard many good things about the Eco-flow dyes with most saying they will never use them again, but yours looks good.Did you have any trouble applying it?Dave :)

GunClick Rick, Well pard I understand how you feel I have a daughter in California.  Look at it this way it gives you a place to go visit. Thanks for the compliments on the leatherwork I'm real pleased you like it.

Gun Butcher, Thanks for your comments on the pouch and holster.  The old but cared for look is just what I was hoping to achieve. NEW JERSEY!! Get a rope boys.

Dave and TW, Thanks for your compliments pards.  No, I didn't have any problems applying the Eco Flo dye.  This is only the second time I have tried the stuff.  They sure have a lot of colors to choose from.  We'll see how it holds up I'll let you know if there is a problem.

Hey Wiley, it's good to see you back on the Forum. Both the gun pouch and your holster look great. I like the color of the holster very much. I guess I'm going to have to give that Eco Flo a try one of these days. Thanks for sharing your work, JD
