When you put the Conchos on the holster, did you do it before you lined it or after you lined it?  I am curious because I am making some more slim jims and was thinking about putting Conchos on the holster then lining it.  This way I possibly could avoid damaging or scratching my sixguns.

Howdy Tommy
I put the conchos on before I line the holsters.  ;D ;D. You dont want to put them on after or you will scratch the guns  :'( :'(.
Hope this helps.

Kid Cavalier

Watch this space for Irish Red O'Toole's new rig.  I'll post a couple of pics after he receives it. ;D

Well, I made my very first holster this last weekend.  Keep in mind, it is my first attempt.  I learned alot.  The next one, which I start tonight, will incorporate what I've learned.   :)

Marshal Will Wingam

That's a good holster, Unc. I'm looking forward to seeing the next one.

Uncle Chan,

Mighty fine for your first holster.  I can't wait to see what you're turning out once you've learned this art.   ;)

What gun is my favorite?  The one in my hand when the shootin' starts.

Uncle Chan

Thanks for the encouragement, gents.  I greatly appreciate it.  I started the match to the above one tonight.  We'll see how it turns out.  Already made a bit of an oops with the stitch groover.  Oh well....we're all human, after all.  :)

Night, all!

Attention...
Irish Red O'Toole will now be sporting this on the range.   ;D

There is a matching shotgun belt and cartridge slides on the way.

If he scratches this there's gonna be hell to pay... ;D

Slowhand Bob

Kid, that is truly beautiful.  I do feel for you as I know it has to be a personal delima, wishing each one could be kept for ones self!

Camille Eonich

Wow Kid!  That's sharp.  Very nice art.

Marshal Will Wingam

Camille's right, Kid. That rig goes way beyond being just a holster set. Truly fine looking work.

Wow, 'ol Irish is turning into quite the dandy with that rig.   That looks like something from the set of the old 'Wild, Wild West' TV show.
Next thing you know he'll be wearing silk shirts, ties, and vests to go with it.
