Guess I'd better load ammunition, Huh?

I am such a procrastinator.

Looking forward to this weekend.
Everyone travel safely.

River Junction and the Big Brown supply wagon came through, wife texted me a message this afternoon that my campaign hat arrived. No wool shirt, but I have a substitute for that, at least I won't have to use my palm leaf hat! Only problem is it's kind of round for my head, wonder if Del will have any of his hat fitting stuff up there?Maybe I'll just steam it some then put it on to reshape a little.

Getting ready to load up and leave tomorrow morning, preferably before 0-dark-30.
Doubt Glen has his hat fitting stuff with him, but the Fort Western is only about about a block off your trail and I'm sure somebody will still be there that could reshape it for you. See you guys tomorrow afternoon sometime.

It helped a lot just to steam it and shove it on my head! fits better now.

May have to stop at the Fort anyway for some kind of raingear(if I pass it during business hours)

0600 has come and gone, leaving at 0730......oh well....

Due to an unforseen home accident, I will not be attending the Muster this year. I was carrying stuff out to my pickup yesterday morning. I accidently stepped off the step leading to the concrete patio in my backyard. I lost my footing and fell on my back onto the concrete. I am experiencing back spasms and have difficulty walking any where. I can't sleep in my bed, so now it's my recliner. The drive is too far to go alone and I would not be able to particpate in the activites or sleep in the barracks. I am extremely disappointed because this was going to be my birthday present to myself. I turn 62 on Tuesday the 13th. I hope everyone has a safe trip and enjoys the whole experience of this years Muster. I won't be there in person, but I'll be there in heart.     Texas Lawdog

Just to have a little fun tomorrow, I will pull out my mare's leg with magnetic stock attachment for long range pistol tomorrow. No intentions of using it, just as a joke.
