My flight arrangements have been made so will be getting my registration in shortly.

Excellent! That's the best news I've had in a while. Now if we can just find a way to get Pony Racer and Frenchie here and maybe find some free replacements for the guys that have had to change jobs in the last year or two so that they could be here everything would be perfect.

Friday. We're going to use the September Calamus Vigilance Committee as our shoot through because so many of us locals who are helping with the muster can't get time off for Thursday. I just started a new job and am going to have to use my only personal day this semester for Friday of the muster. Friday morning is the long range rifle and pistol. Friday afternoon is the Wild Bunch. Saturday is the first 7 stages of the main match and sunday is the last 3 stages.

I'm sorry to hear that Dave. I was hoping to see you and Penny again this year, but I knew about your job situation. I can relate. I just started a new job too and am going to have to use my only personal day this semester for Friday of the muster. I'm just hoping that I can work it out to get a couple of extra days off to attend the 2010 Muster because I'll need at least one day just to travel.

I need some help guys. I haven't ever participated in a Wild Bunch match. In fact the only one I've ever even seen was last years Grand Muster Match, and then I was busy doing other things, so I really didn't see that one. Originally Col., Major, Lt. Matt Lewis was going to put together a stand alone WB match for earlier in the week of the GM. With his new work situation that isn't going to happen so we added a 4 stage WB match to the side matches.  What I'm wondering is if there is anyone or several someones who would be willing to write the stages for the WB match? I'd like to have them based on a MoH or VC engagement if possible but that isn't a hard and fast requirement.

Colonel:

I'd certainly be willing to figure out a stage (or two) based on Victoria Cross exploits.  Lots of possibilities from The Great War, of course - with the added benefit that the official handgun for the first contingents of the Canadian Expeditionary Force was none other than the Colt Government Model Pistol ('correct' name for the commercial-production Model 1911) in .45ACP!

Canada bought about half of Colt's 1914 commercial production of the pistol -  5,000 in fact - and I am very proud to be the custodian of one of them, which is an absolute peach -

(And it is listed on my import permit application ......  ;D
