I'll be bringing my '60 Field Grade Cavalry Saber as well.  We can use it if need be.  I'm looking forward to meeting everyone.

Well heck, if your truck rides a bit better with weight, why don't you swing by and pick me up when you're coming through Omaha. 8)

I plan on arriving sometime Thursday afternoon, we're staying in Ord, so I don't know if we'll make it out to the Fort that day, or Friday morning. On Friday, should I report to the Fort, or dirctly to the range? My wife will probably be at a few of themeals, not sure how that will work out yet. Maybe my wife and our baby can get together and compare notes with Freeda and Pooper Trooper.

Now if that box from River Junction would just get here............

For those of you who are wondering how the class break down looks; here it is. There is the chance that the militia shooter may have to change to Smokeless Mil-spec Repeater and I may change from BP Mil-spec Single Shot to Smokeless Mil-spec Single Shot. Both of these entries are subject to change depending on how the reloading goes between now and the muster.

I'm gonna love seeing all those old military rifles on the range.  Looks like we've got enough to use the stacking swivels

Would it be OK to try my 1917 Enfield in the long range?  What ranges should we expect in the long range side match?

It's out of our time range so if you were to score better than everyone else I can't award a win, but if you want to shoot it "for fun" after the match is over I don't care. Expect up to about 150 yds.

Steff has said he plans to have some GAF "brass" for sale there.

Make sure to bring plenty of clothes. The latest long range forcast is now saying highes in the upper 50's lows in the upper 30's and showers. At least the wind isn't supposed to be too strong.  :-\

Any vendors there that might have a pancho?

With those temps I can guess my wife will be at the hotel most of the time....

No wool yet.......I don't think my river junction package is gonna make it...just have a navy blue wal mart shirt that looks similar to the army wool, except of course not a pullover.
