I'm back. We got the stages all set up. 4 stages and a mulligan. Great fun. A lot of the local shooters are off at another club's yearly match this weekend so we are expecting a smaller crowd. It was 85° down there. It'll probably be the same tomorrow.

Allwright Will, how'd ya make that little "degree" circle next ta yer 85?  My keyboard doan't have one a them.  I tried tappen the o very gently, but it didn't work ;D

It's one of the DOS ANSI commands. Hold down the [ALT] key and type 248 in your numeric keyboard then let go of the [ALT] button. It should work fine. If it doesn't, put your num lock on and try it again. Some keyboards will do it on the numbers across the top but mine won't because those commands are reserved for something else. You can do a lot of interesting stuff with those commands. I normally only use that one and the ± ( [ALT] plus 241) but there are a lot of special characters available that way. With the new special character keyboard sets available, you don't need to know much of that anymore.

It was pretty out at 0400. Power went at (times rough) 1900. Got it back 'round 2230. Gone again 'fore midnight. 0230 they're back. Went out ta watch. Might as well. Where they were werkin' is just past my property line in the back. Restored a l'il after 0400.

They said it was salt spray. I'm over 10 miles from the ocean front. Mustah been fast actin' salt spray ta pop the first fuse they replaced....

Slim,
ma Dad lives in AZ.  His front yard landscaping is rocks an cactus.  One of them cactus is perticularly large an nasty.  One night at a about 3 AM he gets woke up by screamin sounds.  Goes out there an some drunk feller from south of the border had wandered inta his yard and right inta the dern thing.  Aint no bars around there either--no one had any idea what the guy was doin in the neighborhood, includin him.

That doesn't sound like a good time at all.  :o

Yesterday, I ground 50#'s of wheat, cleaned out the dryer exhaust hose which was plugged, and found the blinker fuse on the truck was loose that's why they didn't work. Del, the truck does have separate flashers for blinkers and hazards. The blinker flasher is in the fuse panel. The hazard flasher is by the glove box.
