Local church was smokin' up some BBQ when I stopped by at lunch for some dawgs.  I thought for a moment that I would skip the dawgs and wait for the BBQ to finish, but then I came back to my senses.  I bought the dawgs and now I'm ready to head back over there for the BBQ.

BBQ, and from a church... how can you get more holy than that? ;D

There's a Black church in Huntsville that serves BBQ during the week as their fund raiser. It's real good with all the trimmin's. I've eaten there many times.

Slim,
ma Dad lives in AZ.  His front yard landscaping is rocks an cactus.  One of them cactus is perticularly large an nasty.  One night at a about 3 AM he gets woke up by screamin sounds.  Goes out there an some drunk feller from south of the border had wandered inta his yard and right inta the dern thing.  Aint no bars around there either--no one had any idea what the guy was doin in the neighborhood, includin him.

Went to a motorsicke swapmeet early this mornin ta see if I could off any of the spare parts I had layin around.  Did OK plus there was FREE burgers, tater salad an beans around noon.  They didn't even charge us a space rental.  Some days ya just live right I guess :)

Good luck with yer bath Roo, could get interestin :-\

Well don't know if anyone has heard of Russ Ledger and his horse Sarge, but he's the guy that has been wagon boss for a lot of those wagon trains that cross the country from time to time. Sarge has more miles on him than most folks cars.  Just spent an hour or so chewin' the fat with him.  Leo, he was tellin' 'bout the time the put pads on Sarge and he rode him up the capital steps down Sack-re-mento way.

Nice fella, lives about an hour from here.  He's gonna do a Morman Trail ride next year if anyone is interested.

It was good,  soon as we got there, they musta turned out something, 30 or 40 people showed up and started forming a line outside, glad we made it when we did,  we'd still been there if we'd been late.

I'm back. We got the stages all set up. 4 stages and a mulligan. Great fun. A lot of the local shooters are off at another club's yearly match this weekend so we are expecting a smaller crowd. It was 85° down there. It'll probably be the same tomorrow.
