LR, The Cave is really coming together. I sorta like horse smell myself, I miss that sometimes since I don't have any horses anymore and probably won't. Met my former partner for breakfast this morning , hadn't seen her in a couple of years. It was good to see her again and catch up. I also went down and voted early. A bunch of folks down there. Early voting started yesterday. We're supposed to get a cool front tomorrow and some rain.

Ellie Belle is doin' jist fine! She spent seveal hours today "sunning" herself.

She wasn't too happy this past Sunday. Her friend Salty John wasn't at the match, he always brings her venison jerky.

I'm sure Miss Victoria is happy that you are home with her TLD.

made it up to about 75 today,  supposed to be a chance of showers here tomorrow.

got the oil changed in the log splitter today,  neighbors wanting to use it, get half the wood he splits, so I figured it would be worth changing it.   

spent the rest of the day just keeping the temp on the birds right.   pretty easy day.

Speakin' of Labs, had a funny the other mornin' early, see this dawg who will break ice to swim thinks he needs a cover at night when it's chilly.  Woke me up whinin'. Rita got cold and stole the quilt I put on him.  Lifted it up and covered them both, a happy dawg then.

Del, I think Rowdy is just a lttle bit spoiked.  Bro. Sleep, She is my constant companion and we go in her pickup so she can ride in the back seat and put her chin on my left shoulder. Life is good for Miss Victoria.

The Moose is the wine drinker in our household.  I'm a Bud Light and Bushmills man myself.

I grew up eatin' muscadines an' eatin' muscadine jelly  

Found us some muscadine wine, mighty good.

Best we have found was from Altus AR and Granite Quarry NC.

you know them muscadines were some hugh grapes this year, when we went down to Altus to the grape festival,  that's what they used for stompin,  they sure were big and juicy looking.
