This BBQ place we went to is called Red, Hot and Blue. They specialize in Memphis style BBQ and they have Catfish on the menu, either fried(my favorite), blackened, or grilled.

That's my favorite Red Hot n Blue menu item

Slim, I have a a older Moss 500, I think sometimes I'll trade it off.  Then I'll go shoot some doves or  rabbits and I say heck no.   That old beat up looking thing has been nothing but realiable

That's one thing I really missed when we moved up here,  too far from town to deliver pizza.      gotta drive to go get it.

well ya remember the first of the week we had that auger shaft break and had to replace the tailshaft,  son of  *****  (gun), if it didn't happen again on another one,  been here going on 11 years never happened before, now 2 of em in a week.  we had picked up a second one the other day,  one of them just in case deals.  guess that was a good thing.  got that replaced and working again, 

60 degrees with bright sunshine, breeze outa the south about 10 mph,  humidity's still low

     Atchualy, we took 'er easy this mornin too.  Shut the ringer off on the bedroom phone an ignored all the knocks at the door.  Nice way ta start the day sometimes.  Enjoyed the coffee too, thanks.

We cooked breakfast on the gas grill on the patio this morning. Nothin' like smellin' eggs and bacon cookin' outside. Good coffee too. T likes it when we spend time with her on the patio. Looks like the Cowboys are really in a funk, letting the Rams beat em this week and the Cardinals last week.

You can have that smell at supper time too....just fry an egg and some bacon on the grill with your burger...then place the fried egg & bacon on top of the burger.
