Jackie's got a MAWFC in the oven right now,  bought some Yandell's ice cream to go along with it,  should be ready in bout half an hour.

sorry,  I missed this until now,  went to check birds and came back and the cobbler was done and, and, and the rest was just a blurr ice cream and apple cobbler going everywhere.  but mostly in my mouth.

Yep it would'a been a good time,  Clea and the boys got em a bite of ice cream at the end of the dessert.    

worked out in the shop for several hours today, got a lot done.  one of the neighbors came by this afternoon, got to do some welding on his truck tomorrow, he's been trying to put a dump end gate in his truck and is having an awful time,  he told me what he was trying to do,  what he really wanted was an end gate just like on my old Soybean truck, hinged at the top and swing out.  so I told him to bring it over and we'd see what we could do about getting it fixed.  he's got all the metal in place just needs hinges welded on in the right places.

BBQ is always good. I had it Monday night for my Birthday supper.  Cobbler is always good, no matter what flavor. I've never eaten Yarnell's ice cream. I've beeen a Blue Bell man most of my adult life. I found a new Catfish place in GP of all places. The fish was great.

This BBQ place we went to is called Red, Hot and Blue. They specialize in Memphis style BBQ and they have Catfish on the menu, either fried(my favorite), blackened, or grilled.

We'z in Bloomington, MN at my brother's house. Got here at 11:38 pm. We'z staying 'til 6 am. We need ta be at Mellum, SD at 10:30 am. My brother is playing Lord of the Rings online.

A l'il drizzle out. Mid-fifties. Nice. The fat lady'll be on the way ta King George inna while. Be nice if somebody was holdin' a shoot werth goin' to but ya can't have it all.

Speakin' ah which, Black Creek has 'em some new Kook-sees. Taday's menu:

Swedish meatballs with egg noodles

Sauteed green beans with grape tomatoes

Sweetened and unsweetened tea

They're sayin' six bucks, all ya kin eat.

they offer smoked catfish down here at the BBQ place, never have tried it but have heard some peple braggin on it.  just always had ma catfish fried.

well I guess I could get a sample of it,  our little waitress, Amber is always bringing us a taste of the new items on the menu,  last time it was the Possum & dumplin's,  it was Italian sausage meat balls,  reallly tastey.

OT, I'm with you on the catfish. I like fried the best, the blackened isn't bad, the grilled doesn't have any flavor. I guess I'm so used to eatin' them fried that I don't like anything else.

We had fog this mornin' could only see about a 1/2 block when I left, was not just down in my creek bottomarea, was all the way to work and still there.  Not common around here.
