FRESH HOT CAWFEE!


I marinate my brisket in Co'cola, bourbon, Worchester sauce an' Mrs Dash fer 24-48 hours turning every 6-8 hours, then put the liquid under it while the meat rests on a rack in the big covered roaster. Cook at 400F for 1 hour then at 225F for 5-6 hours, usually overnite. Comes out tender and tasty 

I've used the bourbon an' Coke in the crockpot with roast too, really good on slo cooked beef ribs.

I was hoping for a star, but they didn't have one. The only stars I shot with a shotgun were in VA. 'Round here we shot 'em with pistols. I don't do as well as with a shotgun.
