Well, it's cloudy and warm and my garden's been planted!!!

We had light frost and I had to turn on the furnace for a few minutes to take the chill off so Rita would get up.

Since I am so close to you, Miss Annie, I have been getting the same weather forcasts and have been laughing all this time too.  I think it will happen today though.  Something will.  It's darker than normal and the humidity is high!

I just got up and made... well since I don't have coffee I made the only substitute that I could find.  Hot Chocolate!!!!!   (with a dash of Baileys  -MMMM, MM!)

OOP... The oatmeal is probably ready by now...

Well, I picked out a place for the greenhouse, but haven't completely cleared it, yet. I think all it needs is a once-over with the brush cutter. I'm ready for it, though, with seven kitty litter boxes filled with dirt and the seeds planted.

And I just heard my first real crack of thunder. Whooohoo, let it storm!

On the way to work today I turned on the local news station and caught the last of the "Gardinin" Fer Dummys" Show, just before the news came on.

They had some fella called in and his latest issue of Yuppy Gardens had said if'n ya take a bunch a glass jars and cove small delly-cate plants with them it's like a minny-ture green house.  My thought was grandma would been surprised, not that you could use jars for that, but that ya had to buy a magazine or listen ta the ra-did-eo ta learn that.

Annie a just need a bunch a jars.

Good grief, Del, we were doing that kinda stuff in elementary school!

I have stuff in the litter boxes to keep the bunnies out and give the plants a start before the greenhouse is up.

By the way, the spot for and path to the greenhouse has been cleared.

Well folks, my sister is good and celebrated!  The old woman turns 46 tomorrow but we had a celebration today 'cause she wanted to spend the day with her new hubby!
