I've got my own "Leigh Ping"  I used to cook with her until once when I made eggs I had a very hard time getting the egg off.  I became upset and scrubbed all the seasoning off!  Lesson learned:  Let Waffle House make eggs for you!

Trinity, you lissen to big bro now.  Take the pan to a metal shop and have the inside polished a bit and bead blasted.  then season it per Uncle Del's instructions and care for it like he says.  It'll be good for hundreds of years.
