Slim, Echinacea purpurea, or root of the purple(blue) cone flower supposedly helps build the immune system to ward off colds and other nastiness.

I don't know what I had yesterday, but it wasn't in my head and it was nasty. But I still made it to my son's NJROTC award ceremony last night.

My dogs think they belong to Slim. The other day I neglected to latch the child safety lock on the fridge before I left. When I got home, all the cheese and butter had been eaten by the pups!
