SIR WILLIAM

I came across a site for genuine vintage leather.  www.vintagegunleather.com  Myres, Lawrence and Eubanks rigs.  Check it out.

I have a couple of rigs coming my way.  I have become vintage!  My old firearms are vintage too.  The carved floral rigs would give the final authentic touch to a Colt SAA.  I thought it had some excellent history on the site.  You can learn a few things on-line!

Thanks forthe post Sir William. I have a Lawrence Gunslinger rig in basketweave from my father. I used it when first starting CAS but stopped because it is still in excellent shape and I want to keep it that way. I followed the link from the Vintage site to the new Lawrence site and found they are making the Gunslinger again. It looks like a new double Gunslinger rig might be in my future.

Good deal!  I would enjoy some Lawrence oil finished leather myself.  The old oil finish was a beautiful and durable one.
