Goex FFFg

Evening pards, quick question for you.  I was recently given a pound of 3f Goex by my father.  I shoot 45LC and 12ga. and have been loading both with 2f.  I remember back somewhere, cant remember exactly were, but it seems that I could use the 3f in the 12ga loads.  Anyone care to refresh my memory?  My current load is 4.3 cc of 2f, card and fiber wad and 1oz plus a tad ( to make the shot column tall enough for the crimp) of shot.  Can I stay the same with 3f ?

Perfectly all right.  fffg will just give your shotgun rounds a little more ooommmph that the same amount of ffg.
