Got the following email from Navy Arms:

This gun would have been a special order for a customer.
We no longer import special orders Henrys and has not been done since the late 1980's.  No longer available in
a silver plated model.
Manufactured by Uberti of Italy and imported by Navy Arms.  Good luck with the auction.
