I undestand that USFA will be making their 1875 Remington shortly. It would nice to get one in .44WCF to mate with my 1873 Winchester copy. Unfortunenetly, they seem to be a bit on high side. I would have save up for the rest of my life to get one, or make a pact with Satan to do the same.

USFA blew me away with the price they put on the 1858`s I was ready to buy 2 of them at 1,000 bucks each ...but when they told me 1,500 each I fell out of love real quick ........their loss ...I would have shot the HE...LL out of them ... ::)

Considering the fact that USFA doesnt even have them listed on the website yet I would not hold your breath until they come out assuming they actually do come out.

We can only HOPE.

In my case I hope I can afford to look at one.  No way I could actually OWN one.  :( :(

Just got through talking to them today. The sales rep informs me that these guns will be available in the last quarter of the year, whenever that is. :-\
A work in progress.

Sixgun,
Well that would mean not until September at the earliest and I am suspecting that means more like December.  Interesting.   Did you ask them why the guns are not even on the website yet?

Did they say June or July of what year?  :-\

Sorry it took me so long to answer this thread, the sales rep told me something about the E. Remington & Sons website being "available for dealers only". He also went on to say that there should be a link from the USFA website to the Remington Arms website up sometime soon.
If that's the case, it had better not be that silly page with the microscopic picture of the two revolvers that we've seen time and time again!
Because if it is, then USFA should blacklist their webmaster! As far as I am concerned, that is some the laziest piece of window dressing I have ever seen connected to a quality product!!!! >:(

My FFL (not a dealer) placed an order for me with Gary Granger several months ago.  We shall see what happens.

Any word on these, fellas?  ???

Gary Granger would know,  but I havent seen Banjoman respond here for a long time.  I am guessing things are not going quite as well as they had initially anticipated.   I do find it interesting that they came out with their speical sheriffs model  which is just a reworking of parts they probably already had on hand.  They also rolled back prices to increase revenue.  Perhaps all this is to make the capitol they need to get projects like the Remington in the works.   ???

I have a nickel 1875 on order, but frankly I am not sure I will accept delivery when and if they are finally shipped.
