New here at this site myself.
I have a Navy Arms brass frame .44, and a .36 Lyman replica (which I haven't fired yet as it needed a new cylinder I got from Dixie GW, and maybe a new foot or other parts). Oops: I should add "1858 Army replicas."

I have put plenty of balls through the ol' .44 Rem though. Mostly Pyrodex, though I also have a supply of other propellents and some Holy black in FFG & FFFG.

I'm hoping to get my .36 up and running soon. I may need advice for timing once the new parts are aboard.

I also just got a Navy Arms .44-40 '73 carbine replica off a buddy, but that's another story...

Sure. Count me in!

I have had other ball&cap revolvers but presently my only two handguns are the '58 Rem replicas.

I used to like my .41 mag Blackhawk, but nitro powder makes my eyes scared and BP in the Blackhawk made a mess out of my expensive and hard to find brass.

Nuthin' against Colt open tops either but right now I think I'll just shoot the Rem's.

I'm hoping to find a new "foot" for the .36 Lyman Rem copy, but all I could find was a new cylinder from Dixie Gun, which helped some, but I need to investigate further as the cylinder advance is iffy, intermittently. $:-\$
