Need some help

Hi yall

I need to know if you can make a holster stiffer. the ones I have seem to soft.

Are they really oily? Oklahoma Brand? Cabela? They are usually pretty floppy holsters. You might be able to pull some of the oil out using kitty litter, oil dry, or corn meal if thats the case. They will probably still be soft and floppy though. Better leather is probably in order.
I have heard of ways to stiffen leather too, but cant remember what they were. Others will chime in too. Good luck. DM
