This here is my most recent rig.  I never go anywheres with out a knife.  The knife is from Atlanta cutlery and I made the rig.

Thanks Kid. The top rig with the Vaqueros is from COWS, and the bottom rig with the Schofields is from Old West Reproductions. I like the COWS rig just fine but the OWR rig is a work of art. Rick Bachman (aka Buck Stinson) is a true craftman and a pleasure to deal with.

I usually start out with my 9" Bowie on my belt but halfway through the shoot is seems to end up in my boot. I've made a sheath for each purpose

Here's one of my favorites - a "Rifleman's Knife" I made for myself in my muzzle-loadin' days.  The 9 3/4" blade started out as a mill file, so it is danged good steel - holds very keen edges (two of 'em!) - yet supple enough to flex....

RJ,

Very nice work there! I am thinking on adding a matching boot knife from the Bear MGC company. It has a stag handle that matches my Bowie and I think it would make a great set for the outfit.
