Picture Editor Programs

Ok....I need some help here.  I need to find a picture editor program to down load.  The one in my computer doesn't work anymore.  I tried a Kodak one...didn't work.  Tried a couple from ZDnet...didn't work.  So now I'm stuck with no picture editor.  I need something that I can make a picture smaller with, and crop it.  PLEASE!  No zipped files on this.  I have no "unzipper".  I need something that simple and easy to use....that I can take a saved picture from my desktop and resize. If anyone knows about something like this...please holler at me.  Thanks pards!

Kid, I'd like to be able to help, but I don't know of any free editing programs that will let you crop and resize. I use Paint Shop Pro, and the version currently available is $119 for the download.

Kid, there has to be lots of free downloads that fit that description but you will need to unzip them, you can download that free program, or free to try program from winzip.

I have use Adobe Photoshop for the last 4 years but I used to download programs like you are looking for.

Yeah!  That one Rafe tol me about is not only free, but it's simple too.  Just click and drag a picture into in and then ya can do all sorts of things with it. Change the colors; turn it into a black and white; make it bigger/smaller.  It's a really neeto keeno picture editor!
