Howdy Gents

I just finished my copy of the Jesse James rig, that they found in good condition in an old trunk, Will Ghormely Master leather Crafter , was able to make an exact copy and pattern of this rig, I used his pattern to reproduce this one, so I thought I would share it with you, it draws and holsters like a dream. :D ;D 8)And another thing I like about this holster is the same holster will fit Colt SAA, Ruger New Model Vaquero, and the Remington 1875 OUTLAW, which is nice for me , I have all these guns and now I'll be able to change around when I get a notion to do so, and one more thing this rig can be worn cross draw or strong side, both are comfortable and work well, twist and draw with cross draw is smooth and efficient, I can see now why Jesse James liked this style holster so well.

                                                               tEN wOLVES  ;) :D ;D

Thanks for your comments on my Jesse James rig , these holsters were fun to make, and were the first of this type of holster that I've ever made, I can wear these in a strong side cross draw and use a twist and draw, with ease, no wonder they likeed this style rig back then, for getting out a long barreled gun , this works real well.

                                                              Talk to you later  ;) :D ;D

Looks good, I use a similar style rig for my 7.5 and 8 inch Remmies. Not as fancy though, and not a copy of the James rig. Good work.
Smoke em if ya got em.

Sorry to hear Denver Doc is having the same problem I had , but E.M.F.'s tech. can fix this for him in no time at all, I guess their having a few of these gun come in this way.
Sounds like Old Top, is pretty hot right now, that's good this will keep you on your toes Pard, But I bet those new guns felt nice in the hand, and the more you shoot them the better they'll get, of course you 'll get better right along with them.
I've never shot in Pirue before, maybe we can do that , Irish Red OToole invited me up there a while back , it sounds like a nice range.

Thanks for the flowers on my Jesse James rig, it sure makes getting this 1875 out of leather a snap.

Take care Pard , I'll talk to you later

Howdy 10W

Yup Doc is gonna get em fixed this week. Talked with Debbie today and she said they are discussing the loss of Uberti now..(Some of you may have seen 10Wolves prior post saying that Uberti pulled their guns out of EMF, Dumb on their part I think but I anin't a business man..EMF will do fine they have some irons in the fire...)
Anyways yup me and Top have discussed that we are going to try to shoot at least one new range a year. Cole Harbour works with Lefty Longridge so methinks he wants to kinda show Lefty what he and his pards do..So looks like it is on so hope you can come and hang out with us...

Take care and keep makin that good lookin leather...

Thats good, I just got off the phone with Debbie at E.M.F. and told her your friend Denver Doc was having the same problems with his , and I think he was going to  bring it back to them. Their going to put the lighter hammer spring in the one I picked out, and also file down the high spot that is causing the problems, I also stopped in and saw Irish Red OToole , in his gun shop, in Simi Vally, it's called Fort Courage Armory, that lucky pard is going to be in Piru all weekend long, shooting shooting shooting, dang I'm jealous, I'm going to have to get one of those Dillin 650's like he uses, so I can start cranking out more ammo, he's been shooting with Lefty Longridge since they started Western 3 gun.
So that would be great , I'll try to make it there in May. Talk to you later pard. ;) ;D

When you have minute, would you explain why you like the Dillin 550 over the 650, I'm open minded on this , and haven't commited myself to anything yet, what I do have is an RCBS Rock Chucker, so if you would and when you have some time I would appreciate your advise on this. Thanks
