Hi All 76 Owners.

I am wondering what brand of Mid Range Tang Site to fit to my 76, we are very limited to suppliers of sites here Downunder and I have looked at the various selection that Buffalo Arms have. And have said WHICH ONE DO I BUY.

Thanks for any help.

Don't know if this will help, but this one is on the BA site and is a replica of an old 76 sight.

::) ...  $180 for a Mid Range Sight that has no bottom windage adjustment? ... NAW!  Nope! Never! Sorry, Grizzly!
Put a Pedersoli USA 405 Mid Range on it

https://www.vtigunparts.com/ab2240000Equick/shopdisplayproducts.asp?id=65&cat=Sights ... $195
The Pedersoli sights fit the '76 ... have the Creedmoor (3") on mine.  They also fit the Uberti '85 High-Walls - the Creedmoor on the 45-70 and the USA 405 on the 38-55.  In fact, all my rifles have Pedersoli verniers.

Thanks Grizzly, I had alook at that sight and it is what you need to keep the 76 original but with my eye sight and the way I shoot I do need something with windage. I do alot of target shooting both on paper and steel and not much hunting.

Thanks John Boy. This looks like the sight I will go with. We have a Pedersoli agent here in Australia I will ring him and get a price off him so I can compare it with VTI. The gun business I am in buy alot of parts out of VTI mainly for Cowboy guns.
