I am looking for a repro light for my victorian room/gun room.  I saw a double kerosene lamp hanging from the ceiling in the officers quarters at Fort Laramie.  Does anyone have an idea where to look.  I have looked on several websites and other catalogs but have not found anything.  I am looking for something that is electrified.

I would appreciate any tips on where to find a light similar to the Fort Laramie light.

My reloading room is finished with ceder fence boards and pine boards. I stained the pine and did nothing to the fence boards. The cabinets were from a garge sale or could be found at recyleing place for building suppleys.

You said you were looking for a light. The lantern sitting in the middle of the picture is from Cabelas. It is electric, and even has a dimmer. They also have wall and hanging models. Also come with clear or frosted glass. Don't know if that was something that would work for you but, I posted the pix any ways.

That's what I was talking about in my last post.  I love this stuff.  It is exciting to see what others have collected.  We have soooo much stuff in our collection and in all honesty, it gets boring after a while.  Lets face it, the same old stuff is the same old stuff, even when others think it's awesome.  That's why I enjoy seeing what other people love and collect.   I've collected for nearly 50 years, so we have a lot of original pieces.  I will post photos of various items as time goes by.  keep up the good work guys.

Adios,
Buck

Dusty,

That room is GREAT!  Now if I could just get one of the kids to move out I could start on mine.
