Hi Pards,
The reason I am posting this is, because every time I need help I ask and you folks ALLWAYS help me out not matter what! So I wanted to try and give something back
A lot of you folks are in the same boat as me, you have limited income! I have talked by pm to some of the old timer's and all of them have gave me great advice!! Several have told me that they make a lot of there own stamps if not all of them. Back before I got hurt, I would have been in the shop making every type of stamp I could think off (most would get thrown away)
But not all. So I have been trying to go outside the box, and so far here is what I have done.
The crosses were bought at Wal Mart in the sewing department.Also was the star it was a solid button, it needs some work, the second star I over stamped with a, A104 I did it in the dark and could of done a better job. The other 2, are a #1 phillips screw driver and the bigger one was a #2 , you can find drivers everywhere from 25 cents to $3.00, these where the long tips from a screw gun that were broken. The total cost of all was less than $3.00.
I only hope this can help just one person! If not you all can have a good laugh on me
