BTW: I have several loaves of fresh sour-dough Pumpernickel bread collin' at home, gonna have samwhices fer supper tonigh, just ain't decided what, maybe real ham.  You bet I'm gonna toast it.

Trinity can help me on this one, but my sources says Pumpernickel is some German varient of Goblin Flatulance.

Yeah, but the toasted pumpernickel was wonderfull, got some Swiss cheese and a ham steak, a real one with a bone in it.  One of those wonderful Cooks hams that they make over at the plant about a half mile from my house, ya know where the Lottery winners used to work.

Well I cut it up, fried it and melted the cheese on top, put some "Real" Hellman's mayo on it and some fresh ground pepper on the mayo, and it was good.  Probally make Trinity drool all over his keyboard when he reads this.   

Got some of the meat and beans left from the other day, might have to get some sharp cheddar cheese on the way home and mix some more dough up and make some of my famous 15 inch diameter flour tortillas and have a couple burrito's fer supper.   And yes I soaked the beans well and cooked em so as to prevent the flatulance problem.

They will be so good and Trinity will be stuck in Nort Carry-liner with his potted meat product.
