Well, Delmonico's been abducted by the flying plates, so that accounts for him. I don't know what happened to Slim, I thought he'd be around. I think the rest of the "regulars" posted at one time or another, and if they were at verk, they probably had to catch up after the long weekend.

I called Mernickles today. They are working on Leigh Ping's holster and it might get shipped a week from Friday.

If you are willing to help me heft 3/4" pressure treated plywood into place at 90 degree heat, I'd GLADLY accept the help. At 10 this morning, I got one into place, kinda, saw where I made a mistake, sweat through my dress, and came in and took a nap.

It was a nice looooong nap.

I got up this morning around eight thirty, drank two cups of coffee, went to Bob Evans for breakfast and ate an obscene amount of food, drove home for 1 and a half hours ... and took a nap.

Called a friend and talked a while, drafted a "political" letter, then went back outside. Got one side of the shed on. Still sweat through my dress. May go out and do some more, now that it's cooler outside. I have a klieg light!

watch out, Annie, we just had some storms through here. Probably comin' your way. I trimmed the yard today and watered the flowers and things. Helped Susie get our deck awning out and moved the vehicles further under the carport in case it hailed. Saw some D-Day programs on The History Channel and read the paper.......Buck
