Del, Maybe you can answer the question, How do these folks that sell the bags of steer manure, guarantee that it's really from a steer?

Kids were watchin that Bill Nye guy.  He said if ya bought pork fed on small fish rather than grass ya were stravin penguins.  I like it when the kids watch edjamacational programming but that was a bit much.  Also said that egg farms kill fish in the atlantic cause a amonia gasses produced.  You could almost smell the insence an pat-choo-lee through the TV.
