Pullin' Smith for Fellows in the 01. Seems a shame. Smith has driven his butt off tryin' ta keep that DEI left-overs car in the top 35. They've entered Smith in an 81 car. He'll have to get in on speed. Rumors popped up today sayin' the 81 has been withdrawn.

Yeley'll watch PJ Jones drive the 96. Not a bad deal for HoF. Yeley couldn't get the car in the field for the last road thing. Jones should be able to get it in. If he does 'n 'Dinger doesn't get the 84 in they could gain significant owner's points on the 37th spot..

They always bring in a few of the "ringers" for the road courses this time of the year. Everybody wants to get to that 35th spot in the owners points. I'm ready for the races back down south.   I very was a big Theismann fan, but that "hit" on him by LT makes me krenge everytime I see it.

Yeah, I remember seein it live.  It was either a Monday night game or one of the odd Thursday nights.  Was watchin with my Dad.  Theisman was still behind the line of scrimage and got rushed.  It wasn't his knee that blew like I said before but his fibia or tibula.  The instant replay guy had a field day makin us all cringe over and over.

I think the 96 team took a step backward going to the Toyo. Changin' brands on a one car team is tough. I think that they should have stayed with Chevy and stayed with Terry LaBonte driving a limited schedule. They needed more time to get their program together.
