Tantillo is a constitutional officer. Politically, I'm bettin' he doesn't know whether ta s**t or go blind so he's takin' it to the GJ. Whether or not Stewart gets indicted depends on how Tantillo presents it. Not braggin', just sayin', I've never taken a case to a GJ I didn't get an indictment on. It ain't difficult.

Never have thought Stewart was very bright in a legal sense, or in any sense save racin'. He claimed runnin' in the NNS as a Right-to-Work issue. Thinkin' he may have made an incriminatin' statement the night of the incident the prosecutor can't dismiss.

When it rises to the death of a human bein', one's wise to speak to investigators thru an attorney. From the green flag so to speak. Stewart didn't do that.

I guess that it will decided by the Grand Jury. I hope this will curb the incidents of the drivers getting out of their cars while the other cars are gong around the track.

I read where Ambrose is leaving RPM and returning to Australia. JGR is picking up Stanley and DeWalt as sponsors for Kenseth and Edwards for next year.

Rumor is he's goin' home ta drive for Penske. Down there, they call the Chevrolet SS a Holden Commodore.

T'other rumor is Hornish ta fill the vacant spot at Petty. Reckon that's the competitive ride he's been wantin' on.

ODU, C-USA beat Rice, C-USA. The pilot (lower case intended) been tellin' us how tough Rice is all last week. T'was a high scorin' game twix two teams without defenses.

V Tech, with some letters but no number, lost ta G Tech, with some letters but no number. After the game the V Tech coach said they didn't play Tech football. Apparently G Tech did. Ain't no expert in this here farm system rankin's ner nothin' but I don't think V Tech's gonna get 'nother number Monday.

After yesterevenin', if gettin' the 9 car'll get 'im out the JGR line up I'm pullin' hard for Hornish ta land the ride.

Hear it said no number Rice, C-USA, lost the startin' QB, got hurt early. Replaced 'im with a sophomore with a red shirt but in the pitcher it looks dark blue. Guess it could be the camera.

Also sez they lost three of the OL from last year due ta graduation. Replaced 'em with freshman. Didn't say if they were true or false.

Read that about Ambrose , he's going back to what he was meant to drive, he's one hell of road racer.

Hornish had been a Penski camp guy, may have been some wheeling & dealing between the Captain and the King.
Might have a bit of the Coach's nod as well.

Done seen two cars on the TV screen a couple times. Close competition there. Heard a compellin' Brit accent say the safety 'caw' is comin' out. Must be like a caution.

On a serious note, another got killed in a sprint car. Guess that's 'real' racin'. They get upside down, it's no big deal, huh, Stewart?

Wouldn't lift a finger to regulate the things out of existence. But if people just quit going to the amateuristic crap it'd suit me just fine.

No one will ever replace Barney Hall but she ain't a bubble-headed-bleach-blond penned in on a sexy voice. The woman knows what she's talkin' 'bout. I was plannin' on listenin' rather'n watchin' and now I'll be sure to remember not to forget.

Hamilton is from England. The Skins had a hard fought game against the Eagles. Cousins did Purdy good at QB, I was really hoping that the Skins would beat those damn eagles. The Cowboys pulled out another one and I cannot believe that Houston lost to the Giants.

Watched the first half before we left. Finished with the radio. They played well. Too many mistakes.  One thing's sure, the Philadelphia team knows they ain't Shanahan's Redskins anymore.

Cousins keeps it up 'n Gruden's gonna have a real problem when Griffin gets healthy.



Freakin' Penske cars are flat strong.

won't happen, but that be my choice ..among those two....

The Penske Fords have been strong all season, Roush has been on the outside looking in.
